Lower back pain is something that we have all felt at one time or another. Lifting heavy objects incorrectly is one of the main reasons we might feel a bit of a strain, but is that the only reason? Nighttime back pain can also create other issues that aren’t even associated with your spin or muscles. When you suffer from nightly pain you won’t get the adequate rest that you will need to feel your very best. Lack of sufficient rest causes other issues such as depression, heart disease, weight gain, and even a weakened immune system. Your body needs sleep in order for it to heal itself and restore its chemical balance, which is why nocturnal back pain can be more deadly than you know. Without enough sleep, neither your brain nor your body system will have the ability to function normally. This often leads to a depleted quality of health and life overall.
