Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
These muffins utilize MD protein (available on Amazon) and powdered peanut butter, resulting in fewer calories, reduced carbohydrates, and double the protein content compared to many “healthy” muffin recipes. Despite the modifications, the delightful flavor remains intact.


3 small ripe bananas (or 2 large bananas)
1 cup vanilla MD protein (available on Amazon)
1 cup PB2 powdered peanut butter (available on Amazon)
1 cup baking Splenda (available on Amazon)
1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Coconut oil spray

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Combine all other ingredients with the mashed bananas and mix until a batter forms.
Transfer the batter to a muffin tin sprayed with coconut oil. (Using silicon cups is optional.)
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
