Vitamin B6 Found to Reduce the Severity of COVID-19

A recent review published in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition suggests that taking vitamin B6 may reduce the severity of COVID-19. Studies showed that vitamin B6 can protect against chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes, which are two of the most common pre-existing conditions seen in COVID-19 patients.
